When selecting a payment mode, why can’t I find the "none" option ?
A. Try to restart your iTunes program, and go through these instructions step by step from the very beginning again. Some customers succeed after going through the process on their 2nd or 3rd try. Why is that so? Its a mystery to us too.
B. There could be a problem with the email address you have chosen to register with. If you have previously registered an account with Apple (.mac account or from a previous Apple product registration) using a non-U.S postal address, please do not use the same account for your iTunes Store. You need to start a brand new iTunes Store account with a fresh email address that has never been previously registered.
(Please check that you have not used a country specific (e.g. com.jp / com.es / net.my ) when u register a new itunes store account. Best use a Gmail/Hotmail/Yahoo address.)
Even though some clients are 100% sure that email has never been used before, for some mysterious reason, once they sign up with a freshly created gmail/hotmail/yahoo address, the registration goes through.
Why does iTunes Store say that the code I entered is "cancelled" or "suspended" ?
Your code is probably expired. Please contact us with your PayPal registered email address and your receipt number for help.
Apple has imposed a 12-24hrs expiration period on these Gift Certificates. It makes things especially complicated when you are in a very different timezone from us, e.g if we send you your code just as you go to bed at 10pm, the code may have already expired by the time you redeem it over breakfast the next day.
So once you receive your code from us, please redeem it immediately. However there is no expiry date on the credits once you have redeemed your code.
Please note that we double check all our codes to make sure they are valid before we send them out.
Why does my iPod Touch upgrade cost $21.99 when its supposed to be $19.99 ?
Why does T.V. episode cost $2.15 when it sells for $1.99?
Different U.S states levy different taxes on digital downloads. Read this article. (Take note of which state taxes and which doesn’t.)
e.g. if you register with an address from Texas, a $1.99 episode of ‘South Park’ would cost you $2.15. However, the state of California does not impose such a tax.

Why am I waiting so long for my code to arrive?
1. We are sleeping (or are temporarily unavailable). Please note that our operational hours are from Monday to Friday, 10am to 10pm++ (+8 GMT) We also work on weekends and public holidays, but delivery may take a little longer. Please bare with us. Your codes will be delivered to you via email as soon as we process them, guaranteed to be within 24 hours of your payment.

2. We ran out of stock. Our stock arrives everyday, if you ordered an amount which we have ran out, you may need to wait a little longer but we deliver your code immediate when we have them, that is our promise.
3. Check your spam folder, please check your spam filter to allow all emails from "salesATituneshopDOTnet" to come through.
4. We’re experiencing some delays over at our supplier’s side.
5. If you have waited for more than 24 hours without any updates from us, you have probably provided an invalid email address. Please double check your PayPal registered email, and drop us an email. We were unprobably trying very hard to contact you, but were able to.
